1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Short, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Short is a URL shortening service that allows users to create shortened URLs, track click analytics, generate QR codes, and manage links through a dashboard and API.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use Short to shorten links to: malware or phishing sites, illegal content, spam or deceptive content, content that violates others' intellectual property rights, or any content prohibited by applicable law.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Plans and Payments

Free plans have usage limits as described on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly as selected. Payments are processed via UPI. Plan upgrades take effect after payment verification by admin.

6. Link Management

We reserve the right to disable or remove any link that violates these terms. Short links may be disabled if the associated account is suspended or deleted.

7. API Usage

API access is available on eligible plans. API keys must be kept secure. We may rate-limit or suspend API access if abuse is detected.

8. Limitation of Liability

Short is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or unauthorized access.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
